Human Potential Coaching is a business name of Hustle & Thrive Heidelberg Pty Ltd (ABN 12 662 755 697) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and is run by Caitlin Devidas. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • information you share in forms, quizzes and applications, such as your sport, goals and answers about how you respond to pressure
  • details about your child if you are a parent signing them up, such as their first name, age group and sport
  • purchase and payment details (payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details)
  • information about how you use our website and emails, such as pages visited and emails opened

2. How we collect it

We collect information when you fill in a form, take a quiz, register for an event, apply for a program, buy a product, book a call or contact us. Some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technology on our website.

3. How we use it

  • to deliver our coaching, courses, events and resources
  • to send you what you asked for, such as quiz results, worksheets, replays and reminders
  • to respond to your enquiries and applications
  • to send you emails about mental performance and our programs (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • to improve our website, content and services

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website and email platform (Kajabi), quiz and integration tools (Interact and Zapier), scheduling (Calendly), video calls (Zoom) and payment processors. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

5. Young athletes

Many of the athletes we work with are under 18. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to share your details with us. Where a parent signs up on behalf of a child, we collect only what we need to deliver the program. We only share testimonials or photos of young athletes with permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it.

7. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or update the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.

8. Questions or complaints

If you have a question or concern about your privacy, please contact us at caitlin@humanpotentialhq.com. We’ll respond as soon as we can. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
